This is a Doberman.  A miniature Doberman (see the shoe?) named Penny.  Lynda and Danny belong to her.  That's a dollar bill in her mouth.  Her little head holds a BIG brain!  She asks Lynda or Danny for a dollar, and carries it while they take her to the doggie treat store, where she swaps it for a doggie delicacy.  

Penny knows the value of a dollar.  If she were a person, she would buy Fuller Brush & Stanley Products for their great value and long-lasting use.
