Haiku

Written by Granddaughter Jackie for a school project:

I Am A Closed Box

I am like a closed box.

You can be a person who just walks by and not care,
And think I'm just an object in the way.
A person who looks at the outer covering
And not wanting to open me up and see what's inside,
And what I have to give.

Or you could be a person who is curious,
And open me up to see what I'm like and who I am.
Wanting to know me, and then
If you don't like what you see and hear,
You can leave me there for someone else to find.
