Apple-Pear Crisp 3 small Granny Smith apples (or 2 very lg.) Preheat oven to 350°. Spray a 6-cup casserole with cooking spray. Use lemon for 2 tsp. lemon zest, and juice for 3 Tbsp. lemon juice. Peel and core apples, and chop. Sprinkle with lemon juice and mix to coat. Peel and chop pears, and mix with apples, lemon zest and raisins. Arrange in the bottom of the casserole. Combine brown sugar, allspice and cinnamon. Sprinkle evenly over fruit. Combine white sugar, ground almonds, oats, flour and salt in a small bowl; cut in the margarine, or rub in with fingertips. Sprinkle over fruit mixture. Spray top with more cooking spray.
