2 Tbsp. melted butter or non-hydrogenated margarine 2 Tbsp. brown sugar 2 Tbsp. brandy or liqueur 1/4 tsp. nutmeg Peel bananas and slice in half lengthwise. Place in a non-stick or well buttered baking dish. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over bananas. Broil a minute or two, until sauce bubbles. Serve with sour cream on the side.
