16 oz. can great northern beans, drained
16 oz can black beans, drained
16 oz can cannellini beans, drained
1 small onion, grated
1/3 cup molasses
1 Tbsp. brown sugar or agave syrup
1/2 cup catsup
1/3 cup barbeque sauce
cooking spray

Preheat oven to 300° F.  

Combine all of the ingredients in a medium mixing bowl and stir to blend.  Pour into 10" casserole (about 2 qt size) which has been lightly sprayed with cooking spray.  Bake covered for 45 minutes, then uncover and bake 45 minutes at 275° F.

Serve with whole wheat bagels, corn bread, or a nice multi-grain French bread.
