This healthy and refreshing drink uses three fresh fruits.  You may substitute canned pineapple and/or frozen strawberries with very little difference in taste or nutrition.

Papaya, Pineapple & Strawberry Smoothie

1 medium papaya, peeled, seeded and cubed
1/4 pineapple, peeled and chopped, OR
       1  16 oz can unsweetened pineapple chunks, including juice
1 8-ounce box of strawberries, washed and hulled, OR
        8 ounces of frozen strawberries
8 ice cubes
1 8-ounce (1 cup) plain fat-free yogurt 
2 Tablespoons honey

Free Survey

Place half the fruit, half the yogurt, 1 Tablespoon of honey and 4 ice cubes in a blender or food processor, and process until smooth.  Pour over ice into two tall glasses. Repeat with balance of ingredients.

Serves 4, deliciously!
