This healthy and refreshing drink uses three fresh fruits. You may substitute canned pineapple and/or frozen strawberries with very little difference in taste or nutrition. Papaya, Pineapple & Strawberry Smoothie 1 medium papaya, peeled, seeded and cubed
Place half the fruit, half the yogurt, 1 Tablespoon of honey and 4 ice cubes in a blender or food processor, and process until smooth. Pour over ice into two tall glasses. Repeat with balance of ingredients. Serves 4, deliciously! |
