This one takes almost no time to prepare, providing you have been cooking the right things the past few days. and have certain leftovers laying around." Pasta Forever 1/4 of the Darned Good Chicken recipe1/4 of the Spinach Artichoke Casserole recipe 1 8-oz. can tomato sauce 1 4-oz. can of mushrooms, drained pasta for 2 (bow tie, spaghetti, or any other kind of pasta that you love) 1/4 cup low-fat sour cream Cook pasta according to package instructions. While you're cooking the pasta, heat through the leftovers, tomato sauce and mushrooms. When pasta is done, stir the sour cream into the chicken mixture. Combine with pasta. Sounds crazy? Tastes terrific!
