I have a packet of Southwest Chipotle. It does not say what to mix it with on the package. Do you mix it with sour cream or cream cheese? Do you use all the package or some of it? Thank you

I haven't the faintest idea as I have never used the Chipotle.  The other seasoning blends I added to whatever food I wanted to spice up.  I would guess it would be good in chili, salsa, and other "hot" Mexican type dishes, but in small amounts; the Italian seasoning is extremely concentrated and a couple of pinches is plenty for a pot of spaghetti.
However, there's a great recipe in the Spring catalog:  Simply Salsa.

Mango-Pineapple Salsa

Makes 3 cups

1/2 red onion, peeled and halved
1/2 red bell pepper, cored, seeded and halved
1/2 green bell pepper, cored, seeded and halved
1/4 c. cilantro leaves
1 jalapeno pepper, or to taste, seeded and quartered
1 mango, peeled, pitted and chopped
1 Tbsp. Southwest Chipotle Seasoning Blend
8 ounce can pineapple tidbits, drained
1 lime, juiced

Place onion, red and green peppers, cilantro and jalapeno pepper in the Tupperware Quick Chef with blade attachment and coarsely chop. Add remaining ingredients, chop until mango and pineapple are desired consistency. Remove blade from Quick Chef. Using a Saucy Silicone Spatula transfer salsa to Ice Prisms Medium Bowl and chill until ready to serve. Serve with tortilla chips.

Simply Salsa

1 medium onion
2 cloves garlic
Juice of 1/2 lime
1 (15 oz.) can diced tomatoes
1 Tbsp. Southwest Chipotle Seasoning Blend
Optional: 2-3 Tbsp. fresh cilantro

Peel and slice onion into 4 pieces; place in Quick Chef with blade, cover and turn handle until onion is roughly chopped. Peel and smash two garlic cloves and add to Quick Chef. Add remaining ingredients; cover and turn handle until desired consistency. Remove blade and place salsa in Snack Cups or a bowl for serving. Serve with chips or as a topping for tacos!

Hello,

I'm new at this. I have a recipe that I make every Christmas. It is a Bean Dip

I use  1 Tabl. Southwest Chipotle Seasoning

1-16 oz can. refried beans 1-16 oz can Chili (Nalleys Original)

1 cup salsa(pace picante)  I blend these ingredients until smooth.

pour into crockpot on low. I use 1 block of Mexican mild Velveta Cheese

cut into cubes. put cheese into bean dip and stir occasionally until smooth.

keep on warm setting. serve with tortilla chips.

My family really likes this dip. The chipotle adds a zing to this dish.

hope you enjoy.

Regards

lisa
