I did hear that oatmeal was good for you and does lower cholestorol, however I was also told from a few trainers that I should be careful because you may gain not lose weight from consuming it. Is this true because I have not lost weight since eating it daily.
It will only do this if you are adding it to the rest of your diet; in other words, if you are still eating the same things, only oatmeal too. This increases your calories, naturally.
