Hi Bess,

I am new to this web site and what a jewel it is!  I am a Miami Native and sure do enjoy going over the old days.  I lived in a home my grandfather built at SW 19 Ave and 23 Terrace where my 92 year old mother still lives.  If I can get my brother to use his computer he has an outstanding memory for people, places and things and he would be able to add much to this site.  My e-mail is pjhcats@bellsouth.net.

Thanks for the memories

Hi , Thanks for all the wonderful memories of Miami and surrounding areas, My family moved there in 1950 and when we were all small childern, my parents would take us to this Dairy Farm on the way to visit family that lived in Hialeah, Does anyone remember the name of the Dairy Farm, it was a family own  buisness, and they had a store that served fresh ice cream made right there . There was also live  pony rides in front of the store. If anyone could please let me know the name ,much appericated. or can email me at catatude2@yahoo.com If there are any pictures that would be wonderful. Thanks  Cheryl :D

Cheryl: I believe you're thinking of Dressel's Dairy. They had great ice cream and pony rides. My mom took us there on weekends

Patti: I grew up right near you at SW 19 Ave and 10th Street. My good high school friend Bill Pascawitz lived in your neighborhood
