How To Maintain
the Indoor/Outdoor Broom
- Remove debris caught in the bristles of the push broom after sweeping
is completed.
- Hang with head up on hooks or nails when not in use.

is smart. The brace will extend the life of the broom and handle
threads, and keep the broom from turning on the handle when in use.
- Broom can be reversed on the handle from time to time to better
utilize the bristle direction, adding years of use.
- Caring for Concrete Floors: To clean a concrete floor,
scrub with a Fulsol Degreaser solution. Then,
while the concrete is still wet, sprinkle some dry cement powder over
it. After about 10 minutes, sweep off the excess powder with a stiff
broom. Rinse the broom well immediately. (This method is also
effective for outdoor pavements and driveways.)
- Prevent Stains on Garage Floor: To avoid an unsightly,
greasy mess on your garage floor where oil drips from your car engine,
place a long flat metal pan on the spot and leave it there at all times.
Keep this pan half-full of sand or fine sawdust to absorb the drippings,
and replace it when the sand or sawdust becomes saturated.
