Not Much! Doesn't inspire much confidence, does he? Maybe doesn't personally know the product. Is a walking advertisement for the competition. Enthusiasm for the product is lacking, or comes over as false. Is he living a lie? Preaching a religion he doesn't believe in? If he doesn't buy it, why should you?
