Peanut Butter Microwave Brownies

1 C. peanut butter (crunchy or smooth)
1/2 C. (1 stick) margarine (regular, not soft)
1 lb. box confectioners sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips

Place margarine, peanut butter and sugar in a microwave container and microwave for about 1 1/2 minutes.  Add vanilla and beat until well combined.  Line a bacon keeper, cold cut keeper, or similar shallow container with waxed paper.  Let brownie mixture cool slightly; while still very warm, press evenly into container.

In another microwave container, heat chocolate chips until barely melted. DO NOT OVERHEAT!  Spread over brownies.  Seal container.  Chill in refrigerator for several hours until solid.  Cut into squares.  Keep refrigerated for firm consistency.
