Fruity Holiday Shapes

What a fun project for kids to make for the holidays!

2 cups /500 mL water
4 packages unflavored gelatin
2 cups /500 mL juice (apple, orange, grape, etc.)
1 cup /250 mL sugar
3 Tbsp./45 mL Watkins Beverage Concentrate (any flavor)

In large bowl, add gelatin to water; stir well.  Let stand 10 minutes to allow gelatin to soften.  Bring juice to a boil in a small saucepan over medium heat.  Carefully stir hot juice and the sugar into gelatin mixture until all crystals are dissolved.  Stir in Beverage Concentrate; mix well.  Pour into an 11 x 70inch/28 x 18-cm baking dish.  Refrigerate until firm, about 3 hours.  Cut into desired shapes with cookie cutters.
