Spicy Lemon Baked Shrimp

    

Watkins Original Grapeseed Oil
3 Tbsp. / 45 mL lemon juice
2 teas. / 10 mL honey
2 teas. / 10 mL Watkins soy sauce
1-1/4 teas. / 6 ml, Watkins Cajun Pepper (or less if desired)
1-1/4 teas. / 6 mL Watkins Parsley
3/4 teas. / 4 mL Watkins Garlic Granules
1 pound / 454 g uncooked large shrimp, peeled and deveined
Lemon wedges
French bread

Combine first seven ingredients in 13-x9-inch / 33-x23-cm. glass baking dish.  Add shrimp; toss to coat.  Refrigerate one hour.  Bake at 450°F / 235°C until shrimp are cooked through, about 6 to 8 minutes, stirring occasionally.  

Serve shrimp with lemon wedges and French bread to dip in the zesty sauce.  Makes 6 servings.
