Sauté of Spiced Pears & Almonds 4 firm Bosc (or Bartlett) pears Reconstitute orange peel according to directions on label. Peel and core the pears; cut lengthwise into thin slices. Place in a bowl and immediately toss with the lemon juice. In a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat, sauté the pears in the oil for 2 minutes. Cover and cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes or until just tender. Remove with a slotted spoon and divide among 4 dessert dishes.
