Pizza Primavera

1 package (7 oz/198 g) Watkins Whole-Wheat Pizza Crust Mix
1 tsp./5mL Watkins Pizza Seasoning
1-1/2 cups/375 mL julienne-cut zucchini
1/2 tsp/2.5 mL freshly ground Watkins Sea Salt
8 oz./226 g sliced mushrooms
1-1/2 cups/375 mL shredded mozzarella or Provolone cheese
1 cup/250 mL thinly sliced Roma tomatoes, seeded
3/4 cup/180 mL thinly sliced onion
2 tsps./10 mL Watkins Basil
freshly ground Watkins Garlic Peppercorn Blend, to taste
1/4 cup/60 mL shredded parmesan cheese
Watkins Cooking Spray

Prepare pizza crust dough according to package directions, adding the Pizza Seasoning to the mix.  Meanwhile, sprinkle zucchini with salt, let drain on paper toweling until ready to prepare pizza; blot dry before using. 

Sauté the mushrooms in a nonstick skillet coated with Watkins Cooking Spray just until moisture begins to appear.  Place on paper toweling and blot dry.

Preheat oven to 450 F/235 C.  Prebake prepared crust for 5 minutes.  Remove from oven and layer on cheese, zucchini, mushrooms and remaining ingredients.    Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until crust is golden brown.  Makes 8 servings.
