Sesame Tuna Steaks
Accompany with Dipping Sauce; recipe below

    

2 Tbsp/30 mL Soy Sauce
2 tsp/10 mL Watkins Ginger-Garlic Grapeseed Oil
2 tsp/10 mL brown sugar
1 tsp/5 mL lemon juice
3/4 tsp/4 mL Watkins Ginger
Four 5- to 6-oz/142-  to 170-g tuna steaks
4 Tbsp/60 mL sesame seed lightly toasted
Dipping Sauce, if desired (recipe below)

Combine soy sauce, grapeseed oil, sugar, lemon juice and ginger.  Brush both sides of tuna steaks with this mixture.  Place sesame seeds in shallow bowl, dip each steak into sesame seeds, encrusting top, sides and bottom.  Place in roasting pan and bake at 400F/205C for 15 to 20 minutes, or until cooked to desired taste.  Serve immediately.  Makes 5 servings.

Dipping Sauce

1/4 cup/60 mL soy sauce
1 tsp/5 mL Watkins Ginger

Combine and let stand until servint time.  Makes 1/4 cup/60 mL sauce.
