Spiced Shrimp

3 quarts water
1/2 cup vinegar
1 lemon, halved
1 jumbo sweet yellow onion, halved
1/4 cup Watkins Pickling Spices
1 Tbsp Watkins Sea Salt
2 lbs. fresh tiger shrimp with shells on

Bring water, vinegar, lemon, onion, spices and salt to a boil in a large pot.  Boil 10 minutes, then add shrimp.  Boil shrimp 2 to 5 minutes, or until shells are pink and shrimp is done.  Serve hot ("peel and eat"  style) or chilled as an appetizer.  Serve with cocktail sauce or your favorite Watkins Inferno Hot Pepper Sauce.

Note:  to make a full meal, add cut-up potatoes 10 minutes or so earlier than the shrimp; add corn on the cob to boil with the shrimp.  You'll need to increase the water also.
